So Thoughtful Melts
So Thoughtful felt like the perfect fit for Nic's Thoughts Blog. What beats a gorgeous smelling bundle of joy? Our products are all natural, Vegan, Cruelty Free, and non-toxic. This was an important part for me - find out more information below. The scents at the moment are a part of the first ever Collection: The Spring Blooms Collection! I am so excited to share these products with you and I truly hope you love them just like I do.
Our Ingredients
So Thoughtful Wax Melts are formulated with all natural and vegan ingredients. We use Rapeseed & Coconut Wax because it is a much more sustainable option for both the quality of our melts and the wax being vegan, non-toxic, cruelty free and all natural. There is no Soy or Palm, and our Coconut and Rapeseed Wax has a much stronger & longer lasting scent. Not only this, the white and cream melts on So Thoughtful are a beautiful colour without any additives, other than your gorgeous scents of course. You will never be disappointed in our choice of wax!
Bekro Dye is used in a selection of the So Thoughtful Melts to add some beauty in colour, and this in particular is non-toxic, eco-friendly, vegan, cruelty free, animal friendly and irritant/stain free. This dye mixes beautifully with the wax and helps us to create an all natural and divine product.
Mica Powder is used to dazzle up the melts at So Thoughtful, and we made the choice to use this as it is a natural ingredient derived from rocks all over the world. It is a very fine glitter but it sure does make the melts look dazzling!
CLP Information
Classification, Labeling & Packaging Regulation (CLP) is a legal requirement for Wax Melts and we ensure to follow this strictly. For more information, please contact us.
All of our wax melts are CLP compliant and you will find the CLP information with your products, in sticker form, and in the product description. As well as on our Instagram and our Facebook Group. If you require a specific CLP or information data sheet, please don't hesitate to ask. We will send it over to you right away!
Postage & Packaging
Our Glassine Coverings to each Wax melt are Eco-friendly; made from sustainably sourced paper, biodegradable and 100% recyclable, the cardboard boxes can be recycled and the paper shredding inside to protect the contents of your order are too! Our stickers are made from recyclable paper and are bio-degradable.
All of our items are sent out as Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class, unless first class has been selected, and usually these will arrive within a couple of days, however it can take up to 10 workings days for your order to be delivered. Please ensure that your delivery address is inputted correctly, we take no responsibility for items delivered to the incorrect address.
Open Boxes
The Open Box feature allows you to make an order as usual, but to reserve products and build them up as much as you would like over a period of time. This means you don't have to pay multiple postage costs too!
For open boxes a minimum of £5 spend is applicable per transaction.

Each time you order, simply select "Add to Open box" when you check out, and you will pay for your items, excluding postage, and your orders will be held with us until you close your box and request delivery.
Once you are ready for your items to be posted, on your final order, please select the "Close Open box" postage option at Checkout. Postage to close your open boxes are charged at a flat rate of £4.50 second class signed for which is for up to 2kg, if your box exceeds this weight I will contact you to discuss if a courier would be a cheaper option for orders over 2kg.
Returns & Refunds
At the moment, we are not accepting returns, but if you are unhappy with anything at all, please get in touch and we will help you with any issues in any way we can.
